Your portfolio will consist of a selection of existing clients within New Era IT’s School Group. Another focus is the support of new sales for both PC and Apple products.

With a proven track record of Client Management, your professionalism and strong communication skills are second to none. Face-to-face client interaction is where you excel and you're a master at assessing customer drivers and ascertaining the best ICT solution to meet their needs. You're a finisher whose attention to detail is unquestionable.
Auckland-based, you’ll report to the Business Manager National Operations. We have a team of energetic and passionate people in 6 locations. Preferably you will have an understanding of New Zealand’s Education System, and also be familiar with Apple Mac's in the sales and technical areas.

Basic Desktop and networking knowledge a must. A super enthusiastic, willing to learn approach is needed. Also the ability to communicate well in English is essential.
You would be working as a desktop / network support technician using the cutting edge of technology.
Our Head Office is based in Newmarket, we deliver solutions to primary and secondary schools nationwide.
This role is based in the Hamilton and surrounding areas.
The objective of this job is to help provide support to our clients Networks, PC's, Printers, Projectors, Smart boards, Firewalls, Servers and IT infrastructure etc.
The successful applicants will ideally have a desire and the ability to provide great customer service, the ability to multi-task in a busy environment, and a friendly and personable manner. The applicant must be a self starter able to prioritise and communicate very well within the team and with the clients.
Technical experience in a Windows network environment from previous help desk or similar role is desired.
We are a national and growing company that specialises in supporting and implementing large computer networks for schools, there are definite opportunities for career progression, and you will join a friendly team culture with an emphasis on excellent customer service and enjoyment.
