So What is Virtualistion?

Virtualisation allows a number of different “servers” (virtual machines) to run on the same physical server. To end-users the virtual machines act as though they are separate computers, each with its own memory, operating system, applications and storage. In reality they share the one physical computer’s hardware, such as memory, CPU and other resources.
